At our clinic, we are committed to enhancing each patient's quality of life through individualized, patient-centered medical care. As part of this mission, we provide rehabilitation services for patients suffering from long-term complications resulting from cerebrovascular accidents (strokes), traffic accidents, and other serious conditions.
Our rehabilitation program incorporates Kaatsu strength training, a muscle-building technique designed to promote muscle development and recovery. While conventional rehabilitation typically focuses on preventing muscle contractures, Kaatsu Rehabilitation goes a step further by actively increasing muscle strength and supporting functional recovery. Though this method has already gained quiet popularity in the sports world in recent years, it is now drawing increasing attention in the field of medical rehabilitation.
Our clinic was an early adopter of Kaatsu strength training. From a medical perspective, we have been conducting research to verify its underlying mechanisms, safety, and effectiveness. Based on our findings, we developed a Kaatsu-based rehabilitation program, which we officially launched in September 2000, supported by a team of certified trainers. Since then, we have been offering Kaatsu Rehabilitation as part of our clinical treatment services.
Recovery after COVID is possible — let’s do it together.
