  • 1.

    Medical Visa and Stay Duration

    You may need to obtain a Medical Stay Visa to visit Japan. Our clinic or a partnered medical coordinator will assist you with the visa application process, but you will be responsible for the actual application procedures. The duration of your stay will vary depending on the content and frequency of your treatment.

  • 2.

    Deposit

    The deposit is required for booking your hotel, arranging transportation, securing oxygen tanks, and arranging an interpreter. Please understand that the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation, as it will be used to cover cancellation fees.

  • 3.

    Effects of KAATSU Rehabilitation

    The effects of KAATSU rehabilitation vary individually. We cannot guarantee that all patients will achieve fully satisfactory results. Please be aware of this in advance.

  • 4.

    Continuing Rehabilitation After Returning Home

    If you wish to continue KAATSU rehabilitation after returning to your home country, you will need to purchase a dedicated KAATSU device.
    Price: ¥800,000 (tax included)
    Payment Method: Only credit card payments are accepted.

  • 5.

    Overseas Travel Insurance

    All treatment costs are fully self-paid. We strongly recommend that you obtain overseas travel insurance that covers medical expenses to prepare for any unexpected troubles or sudden changes in your health condition.

  • 6.

    Accompanying Person

    For your safety during rehabilitation, we kindly request that you always come to the clinic with an accompanying person (family member or support staff).

  • 7.

    Interpreter Services

    Our clinic will arrange an interpreter for you. A medical interpreter will support you to ensure you can undergo rehabilitation with peace of mind.

  • 8.

    Meals During Your Stay

    Breakfast & Dinner: Please enjoy the meals provided at your hotel.
    Lunch: You can purchase lunch at restaurants or convenience stores around your hotel.

  • 9.

    Response to Health Issues at Night

    In case you feel unwell at night, we will provide you with an emergency contact number that connects you to a doctor 24 hours a day. Please rest assured during your stay.

  • 10.

    Worsening of Pre-existing Conditions

    Should a pre-existing condition worsen and require further treatment or hospitalization, please be assured that we have arrangements for acceptance at hospitals partnered with our clinic.

  • 11.

    Support System During Your Stay

    During your stay, our clinic's International Patient Support Team will provide assistance with daily life and medical needs. Please feel free to consult us anytime if you have any questions or concerns.
