• Email Consultant

  Please fill in the required information from the Email Consultant and send it. Take your time and fill it out thoroughly.

• Dr. Odagiri Answers

  Dr. Odagiri will review the content and get back to you within 10 days, including information on whether treatment is possible.

• Application

  Please fill out and submit the required information via the application form, including details for any accompanying persons.

• Flight and hotel arrangements

  Please book a flight arriving at Haneda Airport one month from now. During that one-month period, we will arrange hotel accommodations and an interpreter. Arrivals at airports other than Haneda are not permitted.

• Medical Visa

  You may be eligible for a visa exemption. If a medical visa is required, you'll need to clearly state that your purpose for visiting Japan is to receive medical treatment. In such cases, you might be asked to provide the following documents:
  
  Required Documents (Examples):
  Passport: Valid for your intended stay plus several additional months.
  
  Appointment confirmation or acceptance letter from a Japanese medical institution.
  
  Proof of financial capability to cover medical expenses: Such as a bank balance certificate.
  
  Document explaining your travel purpose.

• Deposit transfer

  Please transfer 300,000 yen from your bank. For your hotel expenses and treatment costs during your stay in Japan, please pay by credit card here.

• Timetable

  We will send you the schedule. We will also send you the contract for receiving treatment and Dr. Odagiri's document outlining the purpose of your trip to Japan. Please submit these to immigration.
  
  Please be sure to bring the envelope of the documents sent from Japan with you to Japan, as it serves as proof that the documents were sent from Japan.

• Arrival at Haneda Airport

  We will pick you up by car at Haneda Airport and then drive you to your hotel.

• Hotel arrival

  Please take it easy and get some good rest on your arrival day.

• The day after arrival

  Start of treatment. We'll need about two hours on the first day.

• Start of treatment

  You will undergo rehabilitation for one hour daily. We anticipate this will last approximately three weeks to one month. In severe cases, the treatment period will be longer.

• Continuation of Treatment (Optional)

  We'll ensure you can continue your treatment on your own after returning home.

• Payment

  Settlement of medical and accommodation expenses

• Return to your home country

  We will provide car transfer from your hotel to Haneda Airport.
